Ani Armine Lea Hamparsumyan is an associate attorney at the firm. Her practice focuses on corporate and transactional matters and she has experience working on major cross-border mergers and acquisitions across multiple jurisdictions, asset acquisitions, capital raisings and restructurings.
Prior to joining BSV, Ani worked as an attorney in the Tokyo and San Francisco offices of Morrison Foerster LLP, where she advised large corporate and private equity clients on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions.
Ani obtained her Bachelor of Laws from King’s College London and her Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School. She is admitted to practice in California and New York.
She is fluent in English and French and can also speak Japanese.
