Iris Zhang – Associate

Iris Zhang is an associate attorney at the firm.

Before joining the firm, Iris gained experience in both the public and private sectors. She served as a legal intern with the New Jersey Bureau of Securities, where she supported securities registration, enforcement, and regulatory matters. Earlier in her career, she worked as an associate in the audit practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, advising clients on financial reporting and compliance issues.
Iris earned a Bachelor of Economics from Nanjing University, a Master of Science in Management and Strategy from the London School of Economics, and a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School. At Columbia, she was a staff member of the Columbia Journal of Tax Law. She also received a Certificate in Global Business Law and Governance and the Parker School Recognition of Achievement in International and Comparative Law.

She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
