Susan (Kezhen) Jiang is an associate attorney at firm. Her practice focuses on providing corporate and commercial guidance to technology companies, with particular experience working with software and other technology related companies from China and the Greater Pacific Region.
Prior to joining BSV, Susan worked as an attorney for several years at Simpson Thatcher & Bartlett’s Palo Alto office where she worked on matters involving some of China’s largest technology companies.
Susan obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Peking University and her Master of Laws (LLM) in Banking, Corporate, Finance and Securities Laws from New York University.
Susan is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
