Ted Little is an associate attorney at the firm. His practice focuses on providing tax and structuring advice to clients as they undertake complex transactions. He has helped to implement a wide variety of domestic and cross-border acquisition structures, including tax-free corporate reorganizations, private equity rollovers, asset sales, and stock sales. He also has experience working on start-up and fund-raising transactions.
Prior to joining BSV, Ted began his career in the tax practice groups of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he advised corporate and private equity clients on the tax aspects of a variety of corporate and M&A transactions. He also spent time working as a solo practitioner providing tax advice to early-stage businesses as they undertook start-up transactions and planned for future investment.
Ted obtained his Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was awarded the Certificate of Merit in International Taxation for the Fall 2019 semester. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Washington University in St. Louis. He is admitted to practice in New York.
